Tessalon - I am allergic to beef. Are the capsules made from gelatin? Or is there any gelatin in?

Hi Donna, I'm sorry to have to tell you that 90% of the gelatin used in the USA comes from pigs (the Israelis got around this through an interpretation of scripture). Higher quality, higher priced gelatin gets used in the photo industry and elsewhere. I'm just glad I'm vegetarian only, shopping and cooking must be a minefield for you. :-(
