Tylenol (or acetaminophen) does NOT reduce inflammation. It is not an anti-inflammatory drug. It helps reduce pain and it reduces fever but has no effect on inflammation. Tart cherry juice should have no effect on taking Tylenol and it may help with the inflammation. I take it you are unable to take most anti-inflammatories?
I'm not aware of any specific contraindication to cherry juice. Are you taking the cherry juice as a supplement? Remember, unless otherwised specified by your medical provider, the max of Tylenol you should take in 24hrs is 4 grams. Watch out for over the counter medications that also may have tylenol (acetaminophen) as a drug in them.
