I have been on Warfarin since 2009 and have had Colace (docusate?) and Bisacodyl. I have also had Lactulose but never again - too strong.
It does not appear to have any laxative that interacts with warfarin.
Never EVER take Magnesium Citrate!!! It is a laxative that will raise your INR dramatically!!! Speaking from experience with my husband. He cannot stand it if he can't go every day, and after 2 or 3 days he had me get him some. All of a sudden he wasn't feeling well, and when the doctor's office called to give him his INR results it had gone from 3 to 7. The only change that had happened was his intake of Magnesium Citrate. So I researched it. He will never use it again. Lucky he wasn't bleeding internally. He got a vitamin K shot and we waited.
None of them would be contraindicated.
