Is taking sertraline and lsd counter productive?

Yes! People taking SSRI’s (selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors) must not take psychedelics. The classic psychedelics (psilocybin, mescaline, lysergic acid diethylamide) act on the serotonin receptors of the brain. Nothing has helped my anxiety and depression as much as psilocybin has.

I would venture to say yes. If you are trying to control anxiety and depression, the LSD is only going to make it worse particularly since you lose control of reality.
