I meant pre workout powders like hyde
I would caution against it because pre-workouts often have a stimulant effect and so can methylprednisolone. It may make you feel very jittery and give you severe insomnia. Hyde has a LOT of caffeine in it. Corticosteroids (methylprednisolone is a corticosteroid) may cause hypernatremia, hypokalemia, fluid retention, and elevation in blood pressure all of which are not good to be mixing with the pre-workout. I would advise you hold the pre-workout until you are done with the methylprednisolone therapy.
