I just recently started taking B12 gel pills (1000 mcg). I also started taking apple cider vinegar gummies. I take 2 at a time about 1-3 times a day. These gummies have about 2.4 mcg of B12 for every 2 gummies. I just had blood work done and my B12 level was higher than it ever has been. I am going to talk to my Dr about this at my next appt but just wondering if my number could be so high because of me taking this much B12 on a daily basis?
Am I taking too much B12?
