Tylenol definitely causes restless leg syndrome, I cannot take it because it causes my feet and legs to just feel like something is crawling in them. Also I did not know that it has caffeine in it. That is a major culprit in my restless legs. It seems like everything I get a prescription for most anything it will cause my feet and legs to be restless. I am 72 years old and remember having RLS as a child. But it seems like I only get it if I take meds. I don't take any prescriptions but my dermatologist prescribed hydroxyzine hcl for itching and it is supposed to make you drowsy but it made my feet crawl so bad I could not get to sleep.
Hi, yes it can cause loss of sleep, also nervousness which i guess could be linked to the RLS? Check out the full list of side effects...

No, tylenol would not cause that, I agree with kaismama.
I certainly don't think so. I have never heard anyone say they had that effect.
