You body will only usually use about 10mg, the remainder won't have any additional affects towards sleep and may in fact have a paradoxical effect and keep you awake. You may want to practice good sleep hygiene and limit electronics time before sleep as well as use a blue filter as you can in the evening hours.
There are also a few OTC sleep medications you can try, after discussing with at least the pharmacist to make sure they won't interact with your prescriptions. If needed, your GP or psychiatrist can progress through non-controlled and controlled sleep medications. Some of the prescription options work wonders.
Hello-
I would say that's too much and consult your Dr, he may try you on a few non controlled meds to start to see if sleep improves consistently, along with lifestyle changes. If that fails I would seek cognitive therapy they can work with you and consult a physiatrist to help get you on the right path!
