I am taking alprazolam XR , 1-2 tablets, once a day as prescribed. If I take 1 tablet in the morning only and later in the day i start to feel like I need the 2nd tablet, can I take it?
May I take my second alprazolam XR tablet later in the day ?

Follow your Dr´s prescription, if you were prescribed 1 to 2 pills per day by him/her I really do not see an issue if you need to take the 2nd pill, just follow your Dr´s prescription.
