I am participating in a clinical study where I take atogepant for migraine prevention. I would like a more secure form of contraception than condoms and would like to know if atogepant is known to lessen the effectivity of hormonal contraceptives such as nuvaring. I know that topiramate can cause hormonal contraceptives to be less effective but couldn't find any information about atogepant so I wanted to check before taking any risks. Thank you.
Can I take atogepant with the hormonal contraceptive vaginal ring?
