All three can be used together. Doctors check the interactions before prescribing. But all three should not be taken at the same time. Give one hour between talking each medication. Example: take the adderall at 6, the Percocet at 7 and the Xanax at 8. This is also hospital protocol.

Don't overlook the fact that narcotics AND benzos mixed are extremely bad news... I'd run that by Dr. specifically.

Dude! Adderall combined with Percocet is a SPEED-BALL. I take Adderall--however, if I was prescribed Percocet, I'd chill with the Adderall until I was certain that the Percocet was successful in keeping me pain-free; I'd simply not take Percocet once I was pretty much certain that it was no longer needed. If the pain was gone I'd resume my Adderall.
