Sertraline - Feeling worse on 4th week on Zoloft?

I started Zoloft on 17th of January. Felt good right away(probably placebo). Now on the 4th week and feel depressed and anxious again. Cant sleep well and getting hit flashes. I am on 50mg once a day. Is this normal or should I ask my doctor to up the dosage?

Why am I depressed and fatigued?

I have been on 150 mg of Zoloft for many years. I’m at the highest dose and I need help. I am depressed and fatigued and don’t do anything but lay around. I’m afraid a doctor won’t understand my needs. My doctor retired.

What anxiety/depression medications won’t give me emotional numbness?

Does combining Wellbutrin and Zoloft help with the sexual side effects and possible weight gain?

I know Zoloft could decrease sex drive and cause possible weight gain. Wellbutrin isn’t suppose to do that. Wondering if the combination could help with the unwanted side effects.

I was wondering if taking Zoloft at night for anxiety disorder, is it possible that buspirone could be taking during the day to help my nervousness and tension, especially riding as a passenger on a trip?
