How long do Flagyl side effects last?

I was taking Flagyl for a little over a week for a UTI and I have been experiencing the worst anxiety and derealization I have ever felt in my life. I stopped taking it two days ago but I'm still feeling those side effects. Does anyone know how long this is supposed to last?

I was prescribed Keflex (500 mg three times per day) for a UTI.
