Fluoxetine - anxiety when does it stop?

I've been on Prozac for just over 4 weeks. I'm really anxious. It's starts early morning. Is this normal? I take 20 mg and I'm struggling

Prozac making me more anxious can I just stop taking it?

I’ve been taking 20ml of Prozac for 5 days and it’s making my anxiety worse. I know that can sometimes happen but I’m having a hard time handling it. Can I just stop taking it?

I started with 10mg Prozac for five days. Felt pretty good. Have now been on 20mg Prozac for 7 days and I now feel incredibly tired and lack any real motivation. Is this normal in the first weeks? Has anyone felt tired and apathetic at the start, but then eventually felt better? Thank you

I've been taking Prozac 20 mg at night with 200 mg trazodone only to find out you should never use them together. I'm now out of the Prozac & am switching to Zoloft 25 mg starting tonight. Is there a probability of any side effects or issues that I should look for? Thanks in advance.
