I have some bad cramping and muscle cramping in my stomach and lower back when im on my period, and was wondering if i take this will it help with my symptom?

I want an amount per day or period of hours. I have an adult that is suffering nausea during the chemo treatment and pedialyte is helping. We are worried about taking too much an affecting her electrolytes adversely.
