Gabapentin - I’ve got osteoarthritis on my back neck and for years it’s be going in to my head?

So I’ve be getting bad headaches for years. And is getting worse it can last for a week and puts me in bed.if I take gabapentin 600 would it help with the pain.

If you have used prednisone for lower back or pelvic joint pain, what was your experience like? In my case, surgery, spinal injections, medications, and physical therapy have only been of marginal help.
