How do I transition from 2.5 olanzapine to 2.5 Abilify?

My therapist wants me to stop 2.5mg olanzapine and start 2.5mg Abilify. I tried stopping and my anxiety went through the roof as well as restlessness. How can I make it an easier transition?

Can I do a fast while taking propranolol, divalproex sodium, trazodone, bupropion & olanzapine?
