This is a very common side effect of olanzapine:
"Very common (10% or more of users): Somnolence (up to 52%), sedation (up to 48%)"
Side effects like this usually resolve over a couple of weeks and generally lessen each day. If you've been taking it longer than that and still having trouble let your doctor know.
