Naproxen Cold Turkey ??

Was told to quit taking Naproxen, at least 6 to 10 days before surgery. What happens when you quit all of a sudden? Surgery was suppose to the 3rd, but because of the med's, now we are on for the 30th, or to fill a time slot if someone cancels.

Expiration date on a bottle of Naproxen is: Feb 6, 2012. Is it safe to take?

Does Naproxen cause boils?
