Expiration date on a bottle of Naproxen is: Feb 6, 2012. Is it safe to take?

If it just expired a month or two ago you could still take it and it would lose some of its effectiveness. But being expired that long ago there is a risk of some of the ingredients/ chemicals changing to where it would not be safe. You can call your local pharmacist to be sure.
