I have run out of my Lexapro and won't be able to get a refill until tomorrow

I usually take my dose at night (9pm). Can I take the missed dose in the morning when I get a refill (9am) or should I just wait until the evening?

Has anyone experienced a racing heart with Lexapro and Zoloft?

I’m terrified to try another anti depressant after having the racing heart with both that I’ve tried. Has anyone tried one that doesn’t cause a racing heart?
