I usually take my dose at night (9pm). Can I take the missed dose in the morning when I get a refill (9am) or should I just wait until the evening?
I have run out of my Lexapro and won't be able to get a refill until tomorrow

"What happens if I miss a dose?
Take the medicine as soon as you can, but skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next dose. Do not take two doses at one time."
It's usually recommended that you allow at least 8 hours between doses.
