Prednisone makes me feel tired and fatigued?

I was prescribed Prednisone 30mg for three days 20MG for three days and 10mg for another 3 for poison ivy. I'm on my third day and I can't function. I have no desire to even get out of bed. Work has been so hard. Should I be concerned?

Provigil - Does modafinil adjust and start showing affects of wakefulness instantly or over time?

I tried modafinil on two different occasions. Once I took a 100 mg and saw no difference. the second time I took 200 mg after breakfast and half an hour later took a nap that was 2.5 hours long. Not sure if it takes a few days to start working or if it just doesn't work for me.
