What doctor do you notify when a drug interferes with another? Do you notify your primary or the doctor whose medication is involved? Say a neurologist prescribes a drug and that drug reacts to a drug a cardiologist prescribed. Who do you tell???

I’ve recently been prescribed 20mg Celexa for depression and 27mg Concerta for ADHD. Everything I’ve read says be weary of serotonin syndrome… how common is this? And why would my doctor put me on two medications that could possibly produce harmful interactions?

I’ve been taking 5 mg. I have severe headache and my balance is a little off. My doctor said it can’t be trintillex because it’s not a side effect. Am I the only person suffering from headaches due to this medication
Hydroxyzine - Why prescribe an antihistamine for panic attacks and anxiety?
Basically the doctor says Benadryl is better for anxiety and panic attacks and than Xanax. What a joke these doctors are these days, I have never in my life seen somebody freaking out with a panic attack and they said let's get them Benadryl.
Lexapro and Buspar - are they safe?

Does Valsartan also treat high cholesterol?
My PC prescribed valsartan 40mg as a treatment to lower my high cholesterol issue. I've been on it now for 16 months, and not much is happening as far as I can tell. PC doctor said it's working fine. It's not that I don't trust what he diagnoses; but, I don't have high blood pressure either.
