What lab work should be checked while taking xarelto? PT or INR?

Can I take only half of my 10 mg Xarelto medication a day because the whole 10mg bothers me too muc?

Can a person reduce their dose of Xarelto from 20mg to 15mg or 10mg?

Taking 20mg of Xarelto for about 6 months. Lots headaches and sometimes dizzy. Would lowering dose help? Can dose be lowered safety? Can a person get off this drug safely?

I have been taking 100 mg of flecainide twice a day with 50 mg of metropolol for 2 years after my paroxymal AF resulted in a TIA. The AF is much better but the concern is my heart rate is now as low as 44 when resting and 75-80 when exercising. Normal heart rate is 50 -55.

Taking to prevent stroke. Most blood thinners react with vitamin K. Can I still eat all the leafy green vegetables I like. I eat alot of salads and spinach and broccoli and carrots too. I want to keep eating healthy so can I still eat all of the above veggies.

Just wondering, it's only happened 5 or6 times since last October. Always in the am, and the doc said it probably was a vagal response, but didn't feel it before taking the metoprolol. It only lasts 5-10 seconds then it's over. I'm taking metoprolol succ er 50 mg. for lone afib.
