How safe is it to take Zyrtec, Nexium, Pepcid, lorazepam, and buspirone all in one day?

Is Xanax and Lamictal a good combination for terrible anxiety and bipolar depression?

I've been on Xanax for 5 years now, and my doctor diagnosed me bipolar. He thinks adding Lamictal will stop the panic attacks, and depression. I'm scared to take them together as I have to work full time, but the depression, and anxiety is getting the best of me. I don't know what to do.
