Thanks for reply.I had only one injection. My doctor told me that it will last 3 months and it's been 6. I can't feel any effects of 75mg methadone solution that I been prescribed since. I am aware
That people who have been on continuous Sublocade treatment, effects can last long time but as I said I had only one. Secondly testing positive in urine sample doesn't mean u have enough buprenorphine to have therapeutic effects on your brain. After Sublocade runs it's therapeutic course trace amounts of bupernorphine will appear in urine or blood sample for long time? Are you still on Sublocade or something else?
Hi there, my doctor told me that Sublocade can last up to a year and depending on how your body breaks it down even longer. The shortest amount of time she has seen is 8 months, longest 15 months. Hope this helps a little :)
I had only one 300mg Sublocade injection almost 6 months ago. Can it last a year if you received only one injection? I am concerned that Sublocade didn't do something to my receptors permanently?
