I've been taking this combination for about a month and do not feel as though it is helping at all. I still get winded when walking up a couple flights of stairs. I felt a lot better just taking CardioFitMD
Can I stop taking metoprolol/lisinopril without weaning off either one?

I mistakenly listed Lisinopril but meant Amlodipine

I would like to hear from a professional about weaning off of metoprolol. I know it is a very strong and dangerous drug however, we are known to have detoxed from drugs stronger and more dangerous than metoprolol. I just do not believe that I have to take metoprolol for the rest of my life. Health professionals, please advise. Thanks in advance.
No , metoprolol if stopped abruptly can cause irregular heart rate , heart attack, stroke. Even after a month. Call your doctor or get your affairs in order.
Right to the point.
