There aren't any meds that will shrink it, that would be like thinking they could shrink your arms. There also are no meds that will make it grow.

This is a stupid analogy and an equally non constructive stupid answer to a fair question.
Steroids can’t shrink it because it would be
‘like thinking they could shrink your arms’.

But there are meds ie steroids that will make your entire muscular compound grow(including vital organs and ARMS).
So in essence it is a good question, and if someone asked me if usings steroids could grow your penis, it would equally be a good question.
I agree, steroids can’t make your penis smaller. They can simply decrease healthy blood flow to the penis with reduced libido thus impotence. Thus is a bi product of the natural testosterone within the body ‘shutting down’ or drastically decreasing once steroids are no longer in the body maintaining higher levels.
Post cycle therapy such as Chlomid or Nolva are used by more knowledgeable steroid users to try and once again restore equilibrium after the body shuts down and after the steroids are no longer present within the users body(usually two weeks approx).
In summary your penis doesn’t physically reduce in size as a bi product steroid use. They can however cause impotence(the inability to gain, of sustain a hard erection), and for that reason they can contribute to the penis appearing smaller(with a good PCT plan this is usually reversible).
