Yes, Lexapro (and other antidepressant/anxiolytics) can potentially cause drowsiness, sleepiness, lethargy, and fatigue in some users. It's a side effect that generally subsides over just a few days to a week or two. If it lasts longer than that or is severe you need to report it to your doctor.
