I just took the first 2 pills of a 6 day pack. I wasn't supposed to start it for 2 more days. Can I stop now, and then restart in 2 days - just missing those first 2 that I took this morning?

I'm certainly not a medical professional, but I believe that "prednisone" is one the medication loads you up at the start, then gradually tapers you down. However, I'm sure that "Drugs.com" can give you an idea, but then you should check with your Pharmacist [and/or/both] with your prescribing Doctor to be certain! Medications such as prednisone are potent, and first, you want to avoid any risks in addition to getting the benefit expected!

This corticosteroid is a prescription only medication which is a serious medication.
Having said that Prednisone was prescribed by a medical professional and requires your Dr. to clarify you questions.
