Hello, today i missed taking my pill by 8 minutes or so. I always always take it at exactly 7:30 pm. I have never missed it before and now i an worried. Can someone please tell me if this might be a problem? Or if its alright since today was my very very first time missing it at 7:30 pm. I am on my 8th month on tri-sprintec (28 days).

Hey you are perfectly fine. I'm on Sprintec also. Most birth control pills as long as you take them in at least a 6 hr range from your regular time that you happened to miss, you are perfectly fine.
Thank you. I will make sure I don't miss it anymore. I take it at exactly 730 pm and yesterday was the first time.
Don't worry, you have at least an hours leeway either side of your regular time. You will be fine.
