I’m trying to rearrange the schedule of my medications.
I take famotidine & pantoprazole together. Then one hour later Motegrity.
Next is 10ml extra-strength Mylanta an hour after the Motegrity. Half hour later is breakfast. Is this a safe or reasonable schedule for these meds?
Spacing medications to avoid any interactions. Doctor wants the famot & pantop taken together?

There are only two potential minor interactions with your meds, meaning:
Minor Minimally clinically significant. Minimize risk; assess risk and consider an alternative drug, take steps to circumvent the interaction risk and/or institute a monitoring plan.
One major potential interaction with food and one med:
Major Highly clinically significant. Avoid combinations; the risk of the interaction outweighs the benefit.
Finally there are therapeutic duplications.
