I take propranolol already and since starting 20mg of fluoxetine my heart rate has gone really low and I’m feeling dizzy, sick, weak and got diarrhoea, I’m so scared

Call your Doctor. Fluoxetine taken with Propranolol is known to cause heart issues and/or dizziness in some people. He should know about this.
