I have a severe case of poison ivy all over my hands, legs, chest and private areas. I’m on prednisone 10mg over the course of 11 days. As my rash goes away, my skin becomes very dry. What skin lotion can I use to moisturize it while still on the prednisone?

Hi GeriBC. I’ve been on 10 mg prednisone for a while now. My dermatologist recommended Cerave for my dry skin and I love how it hydrates my dry skin without being greasy. It comes as a cream which is what I use but it also comes in a pump bottle. A little goes a long way.
