Yes, "4 tablets daily" usually means to take them all at once. The best time to take prednisone is usually in the morning just after breakfast. (Clearer instructions would be "Take 4 tablets as a single dose daily")
As opposed to "1 tablet four times a day" which means exactly as it says (to divide the doses)
