Yesterday morning I took a single 125mg dose of disulfiram (Antabuse). It has been around 32 hours since that dose. Can I expect to have a reaction if i have a drink? What length of time would it be considered safe to drink?
For more context this is the only dose of disulfiram in my system, it is an isolated dose. I am a heavier set man age 25.

Yes, you will have a reaction. unconfortable but not life threatening.
Mrwinter,
Depending on many factors it can take as long as 60-120 hours to eliminate 50% of the dose you took. Another 60-120 hours to leave 25%, etc.
"You really need to wait at least 14 days after your last dose of Antabuse to consume alcohol."
I am not a professional physician but my experience of Antabuse, if you have a healthy life, practice regular exercise on a daily basis is that you can have a drink the day after you took an Antabuse but of course you will experience disconcerting like skin rash and in my case really strong tiredness so be very careful
