This is my first time on cholesterol medication. I’ve been on it for 3 days and my 1 shoulder has some interesting pain. My 1 leg will cramp some too. Just trying to figure out if it’s the medication.
Can simvastatin cause muscle pain in just one shoulder?

Probably not look elsewhere 3 days isn’t enough time. Statins can cause muscle pain and weakness. Typically in calf muscles after long term use or high dose but I’m guessing you just started at 10-20mg . I’ve been on a statin for 12 years and had no problem but I’ve always taken qunal coq10 all side. I hope this helps. I can get into my experience more if you’re looking to continue taking this but I find most people are looking for an excuse to stop which is foolish but then again we are human.
