So I feel like I’m getting a yeast infection. So I bought the Monistat 3 day cream. I showered before I used it at bedtime Should I shower in the morning and do it again or do I leave it in all day or what? Or do I shower and then do day 2 at bedtime again.

You don't have to shower in the mornings, just leave it in..
