Everytime I put my elbow down/ lean on it, sometimes I feel a needle like feeling stabbing it. What could this be? When I work out it doesn’t bother me or hurt.
Why do I have a sharp needle like pain in my elbow?

Answers
Most elbow pain is caused by overuse from a favourite sport or hobby like golf or tennis or a repetitive job with arm and wrist movement. You can also have elbow pain from things like tendonitis or pinched nerves. It is best to see your doctor for an accurate diagnosis.
