These are the side effects listed for both male and female users:
"Frequency not reported: Delayed urine flow, early menses, hematuria, impotence, increased urinary frequency, micturition disorders, missed periods, priapism, retrograde ejaculation."
It looks like very few people have had these side effects or they were embarrassed to talk about it with their doctors.
