This medication can go either way... it may make some people have trouble sleeping and others very drowsy/sleepy. Everyone responds differently so you'll need to see how it affects you and then decide when it's best for you to take it.
More people experience insomnia so you might want to start by trying it in the morning... if you're sleepy during the day then try it at night.
