Medications aren't a good place to be looking when it comes to providing more energy. There may be some over the counter products that may give you a little boost, but nothing great. I would recommend getting off any form of stimulant you are on and eat right and exercise.
If this fails, I would talk to your doctor. Get blood work done and have your hormone levels checked if you are truly exhausted and feel like you are missing something.
Secondly, I'd avoid all prescription medications when it involves increasing energy because they only provide artificial energy vs natural energy, so your body will most certainly become tolerant to any medication, and you will need more and more of it to even have energy.
First things first though, see your doctor. He/she can evaluate you and see what's going on. I know you're asking for safe prescriptions but in all honesty there really isn't a drug that will give you energy that can be labeled "safe".
Provide some more information and I will be happy to help you out more if you want. Sorry for the let down. I'd recommend essential oils. They can provide some stimulating effects without the stimulating side-effects of pharmaceuticals.
Hope this helps.
Respectfully, Jay
Hello Hithomas
I like in the UK there is an over the counter drug called Berocca. However smoothies give you lots of energy especially the 'raw food' ones. Just type raw food smoothies on you tube then enjoy the energy boost!
Take care
