Absolutely you can take these medications together.
No adverse effects from the use of both but if you have a sensitive stomach I would caution you taking ibuprofen 800 mg regardless as it can give you a bit of an upset tummy if your prone to that.
High dose anti inflammatory medicine (ibuprofen) used long term it may upset your stomach but using it on occasion at an 800mg dose most likely won’t be an issue.
