I took about 90mg of diazepam over the course of about 3 hours before going to sleep last night. I was planning to drink tonight (which will be about 13 or so hours after my last dose. Will drinking cause any immediately dangerous effects? I wasn’t going to go to hard with the alcohol, if that makes a difference.
Is it safe to drink alcohol approx 13 hours after a large does of Valium?

Valium (Diazepam) has the longest half-life, specially at such a high dose.
Elimination
The initial distribution phase is followed by a prolonged terminal elimination phase (half-life up to 48 hours). The terminal elimination half-life of the active metabolite N-desmethyldiazepam is up to 100 hours. Diazepam and its metabolites are excreted mainly in the urine, predominantly as their glucuronide conjugates. The clearance of diazepam is 20 to 30 mL/min in young adults. Diazepam accumulates upon multiple dosing and there is some evidence that the terminal elimination half-life is slightly prolonged.

If I were you I would not drink, but I am not you, it is your life and obviously you decide what to do with it in the end.
Yes, I too agree with masso.
Furthermore, it certainly is not safe to drive with the combination of alcohol and Valium/diazepam.
