I'm starting these meds shortly and read negative reviews ..very apprehensive !!
Is it safe to take 5 mg trazodone along with 10 mg lexapro ?

There is a major interaction between both meds. If they were prescribed by the same DR., he/she most likely is aware of this potential interaction and has outweighed the benefits to be greater than the possible risks, and would not put you in harms way.
