Found a pill that is white and oblong. It is a bit beaten up but seems to read RP143, no line or anything on the other side. Found in the US at a sports/concert arena (maybe recreational use?).

it's a lactase pill. the ones i have are the equate branded pills sold by walmart.

No match has been found.
I suggest you call the Poison Help line at 1-800-222-1222 or take it to your local pharmacy, perhaps the Pharmacist may be able to id it.
