I’ve been taking Prozac for 30 years at first 20 mg daily, 10 years later went down to 10 once a day. now back to 10 twice a day total 20 daily,
Doesn’t seem to be working anymore need some thing else.
A replacement for prozac 20 mg?

Two thoughts... chances are the Prozac has "pooped out" which frequently happens with long term use of an antidepressant. But you're still on a fairly low dose which could be increased to a maximum of 80mg/day.
If your doctor feels that it has stopped working you might want to talk about alternatives like Lexapro, Zoloft, or Paxil.
