How long have you been taking it and at what dosage? What was it prescribed for?
There’s nothing too new on the market. Have you heard of Trintellix or Pristiq?
The only other I know is Aurelity which is a combination of an antidepressant and a cough suppressant (of all things). It’s been considered fairly effective for many people.
Have a talk with your doctor Whether a dosage change might help or if you should switch.
