Hi,I have been on quetiapine now for five weeks at 50mg per day (taken 90 minutes before bed).I find that the next day I am still groggy and feel weak and I feel like I need to sleep more. Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes, I take Quetiapine 150 mgs at night and at the beginning of my treatment I felt exactly like you, it does go away eventually, but as everyone reacts differently to medications, in my case it took me about 2 weeks to get used to this antipsychotic , which by the way is quite good. It make take less or more time for you to get used to this medication, hang in there.
I suggest you contact your Dr. and have a dose adjustment, just realized you've been on it for 5 weeks, the grogginess should have subsided by now.
Thanks
